The Lam Dong 1927 Tea Factory was conceived in 1927 and officially began construction in 1932. It is one of the two oldest tea factories in Vietnam's Central Highlands. With nearly a century of history, the 1927 Tea Factory is not only a symbol of Vietnam's tea industry but also a distinctive cultural space that preserves and honors traditional values.
On September 22, 2024, the factory proudly hosted the "Best of Vietnam Exhibition – Ao Dai Show" as part of the Miss Cosmo 2024 competition. This event offered a vibrant experience of Vietnamese culture through various activities, including:
The Central Highlands Gong Culture Space: Featuring traditional music and art from the highland regions.
Tea and Silk Experience: Guests participated in silk-dyeing workshops, enjoyed tea tasting, and explored Vietnam's tea culture.
Ao Dai Fashion Show: Miss Cosmo 2024 contestants showcased a collection by designer Trung Dinh, celebrating the cultural and architectural icons of participating countries through the elegance of Vietnam's Ao Dai.
The event drew representatives from nearly 60 countries, creating a unique cultural festival that promoted and elevated the value of Vietnamese heritage on the international stage.

Ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2024, Nhà máy Chè 1927 tự hào tổ chức sự kiện “Nét Việt Qua Trà” nhằm tôn vinh vẻ đẹp văn hóa trà trong khuôn khổ Miss Cosmo 2024.
